Gary, and Michael with Rands roofing are detail oriented and do the right things the first time and don't take short cuts. They are a local roofing company with ties to the community, you most likely drive by them, see them at the local banks, your local grocery store. This is a brand and a company that has built business over many years by being fair and delivering a far higher finished product them the local competition. You have to remember local companies that serve the local and outlining communities build trust over time with the customer interactions and a quality product that lasts. Gary (Rands Roofing) could probably run for mayor and win, everyone knows him, he answers the phone and he is definitely a people person.

Rands Roofing did an excellent job replacing our 25-year-old roof. The new roof is very attractive and well built. We have lots of trees and Gary listened to exactly what we wanted and needed. He included new rain gutters with leaf screens and downspouts in his original bid.
His price was fair and his workers were extremely approachable and helpful. They worked hard ... finishing up within the promised 3 days. In the past we had two downspout drains that regularly backed up and overflowed. Even though it’s not really a roofing issue, he personally reworked the downspouts to resolve the problem.
In past years we’ve had him come fix roof issues left from a prior owner and he was quick to help out even on smaller jobs. Getting a new roof is a large investment and we wanted it done right. Rands Roofing did it right.
