Rands Roofing

Gary Rands created a business that operates on certain key principles:

  1. Integrity -- Do what you say you are going to do.

  2. Follow-Thru -- Answer the Phone, Show Up.

  3. Quality over Quantity -- Do the best job for each client, with the best materials.

  4. Transparency -- Make things clear and communicate throughout.

Doing Roofing Right the First Time

Doing things right the first time makes life simpler.

The differences between manufacturers and roofing systems may seem subtle, but repairing a roof with the wrong materials can lead to serious and costly consequences. Many 10, 15, 20, and 30-year warranties are instantly voided when repairs are done using products from a different manufacturer. Unfortunately, this is a common mistake made by inexperienced contractors or maintenance crews trying to cut corners or just trying to get it done quickly.

That’s why it’s critical to work with a knowledgeable roofing specialist—someone with the expertise and experience to ensure the job is done correctly the first time. Proper repairs not only protect your investment but also help you avoid unnecessary expenses and headaches down the road. Rands Roofing is your best choice for a local roofing contractor with experience, knowledge, and expertise.

Every building is unique, with its own set of requirements and style. At Rands Roofing, we collaborate with building owners, architects, and developers to design roofing systems tailored to your specific needs. We take into account a variety of factors—such as long-term maintenance costs, building functionality, environmental impact, and ease of installation—to help you choose the perfect roof for your project. With our expertise, you can trust that your roof will provide lasting protection and peace of mind.

Just-a-Break Foundation

This foundation was started right here in North Ogden, Honoring a local woman who was going through cancer treatments. They decided to start giving back and helping families that support cancer patients. They provide a night out for their families. We support their cause and donate annually to the annual Chalk It Up event held in North Ogden each year.
